A Traditional Side Dish Recipe
Ingredients:
Ginger (matchstick slices)
Lemon extract
1 pc. pepper (fresh/mildly hot); sliced
Salt
1 pc. red onion; sliced
1 pc. tomato; diced
Instructions:
Put in all veggies, lemon extract and a pinch of salt into container. More salt can be added if desired. Cover bowl and refrigerate for half an hour at the very least. It is now ready for serving.
This tastes very good with roti and channa masala or served as main “chutney” plus aloo paranthas. This recipe yields food enough for one person.
