Alur Khosha Bhaja Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of poppyseeds (white)
1 Tbsp of besan
A dash of cayenne
1 c of potato peels; packed firmly
1 Tbsp of vegetable oil
1/8 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Put the besan inside a brown paper bag and add peels. Next, close bag carefully and shake to evenly coat peels.
In your big skillet, heat the oil over temperate to minimal heat. Mix in poppyseeds then gently saute ’til light brown.
Add in salt and cayenne, also adding peels. Fry ’til medium-brown in color and crisp. Constantly stir this for 15 min. Remove it from the heat and serve. This serves 2.
