Baba Ganouj (Tangy Eggplant Dip) Recipe
Ingredients:
2 eggplants (medium)
2 cloves garlic; pressed
2 Tbsps of chopped parsley (fresh)
Pepper (black)
2 Tbsps of tahini
Lemon juice
1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Prepare the oven. Heat it to 300 degrees F.
You pierce the eggplant w/ fork. Bake it whole ’til it starts deflating (approx 40 mins). Cool completely then remove the insides.
Mash eggplant flesh w/ fork. You add rest of the ingredients then mix thoroughly.
