Balti Masala Paste Recipe
Ingredients:
6 fluid ounces of vinegar
6 fluid ounces of oil (vegetable)
1 single recipe of balti-masala spice
Instructions:
Place ground into bowl. You add water & sufficient water to create a thick paste. Stand mixture for 10-15 mins.
Heat oil well in wok then add prepared paste. Slowly stir-fry for 3-5 mins ’til water is absorbed and your paste is thick and is bubbly. Immediately remove wok from the heat.
Transfer into boiled glass jars, and hot oil then seal before storing.
