Barbecued Indian Spice Turkey Recipe
Ingredients:
1 partially frozen chicken-breast; halved and bond
1 Tbsp of minced Jalapeno; seeded
1/4 tsp of cayenne-pepper
A dash of garlic seasoning
1 c of plain yogurt (non-fat)
1 tsp of cumin (ground)
2 dashes of nutmeg
Instructions:
Trim off excess fat from turkey and have the skin removed. Cut meat at the center part of the longer side into half, within 1/2-inch of the 2nd long edge, have it opened like your book.
Set the chicken properly flattened on medium plate.
Mix the chili, yogurt, pepper, garlic seasoning, cumin and nutmeg together in small mixing bowl. You rub this mixture all over the turkey. Have it covered and chilled overnight.
Prepare the barbecue. You grill the meat four inches away source of heat ’til well-cooked (4-6 mins each side). Allow to cool for about 5 mins then slice into diagonal cuts.
Best when served w/ rice-salad.
