Bombay Cashews Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps coriander (seeds)
2 Tbsps cumin (seeds)
3 Tbsps of oil (avocado or almond)
1 Tbsp paprika (hot)
1/2 Tbsp pepper (black); ground
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 c cashew (raw)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instruction:
Set the oven to 375 F. Grind the coriander and cumin seeds then put them into a medium-sized pan. Pour oil and the other spices then mix.
Add the nuts, make sure it is well-coated by the mixture. Create two batches of the said nut mixture on the cookie/baking sheet that is greased.
Bake it for twenty minutes, stir every five minutes til golden brown.
