Bombay (Mild) Curry Mixture Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pcs of chilies (dried); ground to powder
1.5 sticks of cinnamon
1 tsp of cumin (seeds)
4.5 Tbsps coriander seeds (whole)
1.5 tsp of fennel (whole seeds)
2/3 tsp of fenugreek (seeds)
1/2 tsp of powdered garlic
2 pcs of kokum (skins)
2 pcs of curry (crushed) leaves
2 2/3 tsp of tumeric; ground
Instruction:
Roast lightly powdered chili, cinnamon, cumin, coriander seeds, fennel and fenugreek seeds. then add powdered garlic & tumeric.
Refer to recipes on how to use, then add kokum skins and crushed leaves of curry into the cooking pot. Before you serve, remove kokum (skins).
