Bread Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of bread (crumbs)
1/4 c of rice
1 medium-sized onion; chopped
2 pcs of chilies (green); chopped
1/4 c of moong dal
1/2 tsp of cumin (seeds)
1 pc of small ginger; chopped
A bunch of cilantro (leaves)
Dash of salt (to taste)
Instruction:
Soak rice with moong dal inside a covered container with lots of cool water for a few hours. Put in colander to drain and use a food processor to grind mixture til it become like paste.
Put in water (or milk) to thicken the batter. Add the rest of the ingredients and thoroughly mix. Fry in your skillet lined with oil, turning over and browning the two sides of the dosa.
Serve still hot with some spicy chutney preparation.
