Cardamom Kulfi Pops Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 qt of milk (whole)
1/3 c of sugar
8 pcs of paper cups (or waxed paper)
3/4 tsp cardamom; ground
8 sticks (used for ice cream)
Instruction:
Mix milk, cardamom and sugar inside a large pan on heat (set at high) til mixture simmers. Lower heat to medium and boil mixture til volume is two cups (twenty to thirty five minutes).
Stir frequently. Let it cool over a container with ice for quicker cooling. Place paper cups in a tray and pour milk mix evenly among the eight cups.
Put in freezer for an hour to an hour and a half til mixture is thickened (but not frozen). Insert sticks then freeze til hard. Remove cups when served.
