Barfi (Nut Based Dessert) Recipe


Barfi (Nut Based Dessert) Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of ground almond
1 c of sugar
1/4 c butter
1 c of unsalted cashews (ground)
13 ounces of evap milk

Instructions:

Melt butter thoroughly in thick skillet, then add the milk. Constantly stir then allow to boil. Adjust on low-fire then cook ’til milk is thick.

Add the sugar and nuts, stir well. Cook it for about 10 minutes. Remove skillet from the heat then pour the mixture into flat glass dish. Spread mixture evenly using back part of your spoon.

Allow to cool then cut it into smaller squares.
