Kheere Ka Raita (Yogurt With Cucumber & Mint) Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc of cucumber; grated
1/2 tsp of roasted cumin seeds
2 Tbsps of fresh mint; chopped finely
2 & 2/3 c of plain yogurt
1/4 tsp of cayenne
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of salt

Instructions:

Put yogurt into bowl. Lightly beat with whisk or fork until creamy and smooth. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Cover mixture then refrigerate ’til ready for serving. This serves one batch.
