I admit I love any food that is Indian. Its spices, its taste, simply about everything in its food. If given the chance to choose, I’d happily eat anything Indian every day. But then again I’d most likely reach a point of saturation and instead create another article on avoiding these foods.
But right this minute I definitely love it. Right below is a list containing the ten best dishes when dining in any Indian authentic restaurant. It’s ranked within a sequence for my very favored to the least favored. I assure anyone that all these dishes are absolutely terrific and taste really great.
1. Chicken Tikka-Masala – these are chicken fillets marinated with yoghurts & spices, then baked inside an oven called tandoor. I like them really really spicy, just enough in clearing just about anyone’s nose, eyes and throat.
Pair these with some rice, & truly you’ll savor one really excellent meal that you’d like to sample again.
2. Tandoori Chicken- A flavored and roasted chicken using spices & masala. I used to call this red-chicken. Since it attains a distinct red color when using turmeric when cooking this dish.
3. Shrimp Tikka-Masala – these are shrimp fillets marinated with yoghurts & spices. Perfect for sea food lovers. A perfect combination when paired with some rice. May I still suggest the spicier adaptation for this too.
4. Chicken Vindaloo- These are chicken that’s curried then paired with some potatoes. Certainly a truly mouth watering treat which is kinda pricey in some restaurants. This definitely tastes absolutely great plus fills any tummy.
5. Chicken Biryani- Chicken that’s mixed together with some fried-rice that is basmati. Combining meat & rice altogether in this really great tasting meal, feel free to adjust spiciness by personal choice.
6. Beef-Curry – Most Indians love to curry almost everything. Really this may be the best tasting dishes that they have ventured into. Since it’s very delicious & thick too, plus its beef becomes so tender and nice. Pairing this with some rice makes a totally awesome dish.
7. Goat Rezala- a cooked goat paired with some onion sauce, truly sounds really delicious because it surely is, plus it has that certain sour and sweet flavor.
8. Lamb Rezala- a cooked lamb paired with onion sauce, you’ll savor its rasin, onion & yogurt flavor, making you truly happy that you’ve tasted this.
9. Lamb Biryani- rice that is fried together with cooked lamb.
10. Lamb Korma- lamb that is stewed in raisin, nuts & yoghurt. You’ll personally question how then you survived life without eating this delicious meal.
