Phaalse Ka Sharbat (Blackberry Downpour) Recipe
Ingredients:
Water
Sugar
Pinch of sea salt
Ice; crushed
2 c of black berries
1 can of pineapple (small); sliced to bite sized pieces
Instructions:
Soak black berries in water through the night. The following day, mush up the berries then run through a mesh. Add salt, sugar then mix well.
Place inside the fridge for half an hour. Decant into serving glasses, place ice on top then garnish sliced pine-apples.
