Angoor Ka Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients:
225 grams of seedless green grapes
1 tsp of roasted cumin seed
Salt (ground)
Fresh mint leaf
Sprigs
3 Tbsps of granulated castor-sugar; finely-ground
750 ml of water
2 tsps juice of lemon, chilled
Instructions:
Thoroughly wash the grapes. Have them thoroughly crushed. Pour water in. Mix very well. Have mixture pass through fine-pored sieve.
Combine all seasonings and add into strained liquid. Mix thoroughly then chill. Best when served w/ mint leaf.
