Beans/Potato Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of mustard seed
2 Tbsps of oil
Salt
1 tsp of urad-dal
A pinch of turmeric
3 c of vegetables
Coriander powder
Powdered Chili
Cumin powder
Powdered rice
Ingredients:
Heat the oil, seeds & urad-dal. Have them roasted quickly. Add the veggies then sprinkle turmeric and salt.
Have it cooked on high-heat for about 2 mins. Add the chili, coriander & cumin seasoning. Have it covered and cooked over low-heat ’til cooked. Add rice-powder to add extra crisp.
