Mint & Coriander Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
A bunch of coriander (leaves)
A bunch of mint (leaves)
1 chili (green)
1 oz tamarind (seedless)
1 tsp of salt
1 pc medium sized onion
4 Tbsps of water
Instruction:
Wash tamarind well then soak in some water for half an hour then remove pulp. Do the same for coriander & mint.
Mix ingredients (without the tamarind) and grind to a paste. Add tamarind (pulp) and some salt. Mix well the keep in well sealed jars.
