Chai Kurdi (Kurdish Tea) Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of tea leaves (India)
1 pc of cinnamon (stick)
4 c of boiling water
Sugar (cubes) to taste
Instruction:
Place tea then cinnamon inside a teapot then pour water (boiling). Let it steep five minutes or a bit more. Add sugar to taste, then serve steaming hot.
