Chicken Tandoori Recipe 3
Ingredients:
3-1/2 lbs of chicken pcs; skinned and scored
1 pc of onion (medium); chopped finely
3 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped coarsely
1 tsp of ginger (fresh); chopped
10 ozs of yoghurt (natural)
Juice and zest from 1 pc of lemon
2 Tbsps of vinegar
2 tsps of garam masala
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of cumin (ground)
2 tsps of coriander (ground)
1/2 tsp of food color (red)
Instructions:
Combine onion, garlic, ginger, yoghurt, juice, zest, vinegar, paprika, garam masala, coriander, cumin, and food color inside a (non-metallic) bowl then mix thoroughly.
Pour onto the chicken and marinate, turning till coated evenly. Grill till cooked through.
