Chickpea-Zucchini Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
8 oz of canned tomato sauce
1/4 tsp of garlic; mashed
2 tsps of india (instant)
1/4 c of raisins
16 oz of garbanzo beans (canned); drained
1 pc of seitan; sliced
1 pc of zucchini (large); sliced to large wedges.
Instructions:
Combine tomato sauce, india, garlic, raisins, garbanzo, and seitan inside a microwave-safe bowl. Cover them microwave for ten mins. Add zucchini and cover; microwave for another eight mins.
Serve this with yoghurt cheese.
