Chilla Puri Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of flour (whole wheat or all-purpose); sifted
1 pc of onion (medium); grated
1 pc of chili (green); chopped finely
1 Tbsp of coriander (leaves); chopped finely
Water
Salt
Ghee (or oil)
Instructions:
Combine salt and flour inside a mixing bowl. Slowly pour water; mix thoroughly and beat till smooth. Set on the side for twenty mins. Beat them again then add chili, coriander, and onion; mix thoroughly.
Heat the griddle and place the ghee on it. Carefully pour two tablespoons of the batter; spread evenly making a circle. Turn it once then cook the second side, adding more ghee when necessary.
Continue to cool till each side becomes golden. Cook till all the batter is cooked.
