Easy Indian Recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken
Pork
Crackers (shrimp)
Salt
1.5 tsp of chilly water
2 Tbsps of soy sauce (light)
1 whole egg
4 ozs of shrimp; thaw out & peel
1 tsp of paprika
6 ozs of chicken breast; skins removed
6 ozs of tenderloin (pork); diced
2 chilies (fresh, green); seeds removed & minced
3 Tbsps of oil
1.5 c of rice (long grain, white)
Instructions:
Cook the rice for twelve minutes, run through a sieve, rinse and drain once more. Meanwhile, saute onions, chilies & garlic for two minutes. Mix in the chicken & pork then cook for ten minutes.
Mix in the rice, soy, paprika, shrimp then chili. Simmer for five minutes. Season mixture using salt. Ladle mixture inside soup bowls.
Meanwhile, beat eggs in chilled water. Heat butter until melted. Decant egg on the skillet then cook for three minutes ’till egg is cooked and browned beneath.
Transfer omelette to a clean chopping board and slice thinly. Place omelette atop the rice mixture then serve alongside crackers. Good for four persons.
