Indian Curry Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of carribou meat
4 tsp of minced garlic
1 large-sized onion; diced
1 ginger; 1-inch slice then chopped finely
1 tsp of pepper (to taste)
1 tsp of powder cumin
1 tsp of tumeric
2 Tbsps oil (mustard)
1/2 tsp of salt (to taste)
1/2 c of broth or water
Instruction:
Using a saucepan, heat mustard oil then add tumeric and spices (exclude garlic). Stir well. Fry meat (cut in cubes) til sides are well browned.
Stir in garlic, afterwhich water is poured in. Allow to simmer til meat becomes tender. Sauce should also thicken in about thirty minutes of cooking if not longer.
