Luchi (Crisp Fried Bread) Recipe

Ingredients:

Pinch of salt
1 c flour (all purpose)
2 Tbsps of water
2 Tbsps of ghee
Oil to use for deep frying

Instruction:

Mix flour (all purpose), salt then sift well. Add in ghee and some water that would make this (stiff) dough.

For ten to fifteen minutes, knead dough, then form about twenty balls then set it aside (for twenty minutes)

Roll formed doughs very thin. Deep fry doughs (luchi) while holding it down with a long handled spoon for it to puff like puri.
