Mango Lassi Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of water
1/2 c of sugar
3 c of yogurt (plain)
1 c of milk
1 c of mango (pulp)
1 oz of (ground) pistachios
Instruction:
Mix ingredients (except pistachios) and whisk well til mixture is smooth. Put in refrigerator to chill them.
To prepare, pour mixture over serving glasses with ice (crushed) and top with ground nuts.
