Mattar Paneer (Peas & Cheese) Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of medium-sized onions
4 garlic cloves
2 pcs of tomatoes
1/2 pack peas (frozen)
1 slice (inch thick) ginger; cubed
1/4 tsp of turmeric
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1 salt (to taste)
1 pepper (to taste)
2 c of water
Instruction:
Dice the paneer into one inch cubes then deep fry. Prepare masala together with the onions, garlic, tomatoes and ginger. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then the turmeric. Add the peas & paneer.
