Mild Curry Base Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps oil (ghee or vegetable)
1 tsp garlic (puree)
1 Tbsp curry (paste or powder)
3/4 pnt curry gravy (recipe follows)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp tomato (puree)
Curry stock (recipe follows or water)
Instruction:
Stir fry garlic in ghee. Stir in curry paste (powder with water, mixed) and cook 2 more minutes. Pour in curry gravy, then tomato (paste). Add akhi stock/water (to taste) to achieve required consistency.
