Navrathna Kurma Recipe
Ingredients:
Ghee
Salt
3 tsps of ghee
3 tsps of cream
1 c of milk
1 tsp of garam masala
2 tsps of coriander; ground
1/2 tsp of turmeric; ground
1.5 tsp of garlic paste
2 pcs of onions
100 grams of paneer (cottage cheese)
1.5 tsp of ginger paste
3 pcs of tomatoes
Instructions:
Cut and shred onions. Place tomatoes inside pot with boiling water for ten minutes then peel the skins off. Cut into pieces. Cut cottage cheese into bite sized pieces then fry using butter.
Remove paneer from butter then drain on paper towels. Meanwhile, saute onions, garlic and ginger for one minute. Mix in your tomatoes, coriander, turmeric, chili, salt and garam masala. Cook four minutes.
Mix in the milk, fried cottage cheese and cream. Cook five more minutes. Best served hot.
