New Potatoes With Peas & Coriander Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of peas (frozen or fresh)
1 Tbsp of coriander (seeds)
1 tsp of garam masala
6 Tbsps of water
1 tsp of salt
1/4 c of lime juice
1 c of coriander (fresh)
2 pcs of chilies (red); diced
1.5 tsp of ginger (fresh); diced
1/2 tsp of turmeric
8 pcs of potatoes
1 tsp of cumin (seeds)
1/4 c of ghee (butter)
Instructions:
Clean potatoes then cut into pieces. Saute cumin in ghee for two minutes. Mix the turmeric in, including peppers and ginger. Cook for three more minutes.
Incorporate water, spices, lemon juice and garam masala. Simmer fifteen minutes on moderate heat. Before serving include peas.
Good for four persons.
