Nimbu Pickle Recipe
Ingredients:
Dash of turmeric
5 Tbsps of oil
1 tsp of methi
1 tsp of hing
5 tsps of chili hot powder
5 tsps of salt
6 whole lemons
Instructions:
Cut up lemons to four pieces then take away seeds. Sprinkle with salt then set aside for twelve hours. Incorporate the chili hot powder, methi and turmeric.
Meanwhile, saute hing and mustard (seeds) for a few minutes. Spread mixture on top of lemons. Stir well. Good for four persons.
