Nut Masala Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of water (boiling)
2 ozs of almonds; blanched
or
2 ozs of nuts (cashew); unsalted & chopped
2 cloves of garlic; ground
1 tsp of pepper corns (black)
1 Tbsp of poppy (seeds)
1 tsp of cardamom (seeds)
1 tsp of cumin (seeds)
2 Tbsps of oil (vegetable)
Instructions:
Saute seeds the cook for ten minutes. Mix in the ginger root and garlic then cook for two minutes. Set it aside to cool.
Transfer the mixture inside your blender then blitz, adding the cashew or almonds, until you get smooth even pasty texture. Store in an airtight container for one month, inside the fridge.
