Palak Paneer Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of tomato (large); diced
1 lb of spinach (frozen)
1 tsp of ginger
1 tsp of garam masala
2 c of oil
1/4 tsp of hot powder
1 tsp of garlic
1/4 tsp of hot powder
1 pc of onion; diced
1 c of paneer; cut into cubes
Instructions:
Deep fry paneer until nicely brown in color. Drain. Saute the onions then the garlic, ginger, chili and garam masala. Add in the tomatoes and spinach.
Simmer on low for half an hour. Add paneer then remove from heat. Serve while hot.
