Palak Tomatar (Spinach & Tomatoes) Recipe

Ingredients:

Pinch of salt
5 Tbps of butter
1 Tbsp of lime juice
1 c of water
2 pcs of chilies (green)
1 Tbsp of ginger; minced
1 pc of onion (large); diced
1/4 tsp of turmeric
3 pcs of tomatoes; minced
1 lb of spinach (fresh)

Instructions:

Mix together spinach, onions, tomatoes, turmeric, chilis and ginger together with one cup of water. Simmer, lid on for fifteen minutes. Remove pan from fire and allow to cool.

Transfer into a food processor then blitz to make creamy sauce. Melt butter in saucepan and add the spinach paste. Season with salt then cook five minutes. Drizzle lime juice before serving.
