Panch Puran Recipe
Ingredients:
Equal parts of the following seeds:
Fenugreek
Nigella
Fennel
Mustard (black)
Cumin
Instructions:
Melt enough amounts of ghee in a sauce pan and saute all seeds in. You can serve alongside main dishes or you can store inside airtight Tupperware as along as you keep it away from direct heat and sunlight.
You can store Panch Puran for no more than 4 months.
