Paratha Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c water
1 c butter
1 c of flour (whole wheat)
Instructions:
Create a dough (chappati). Separate into six portions then flatten. Spread butter over your patty then fold. Flatten it out once more.
Prepare the griddle then melt butter on it. Smear butter over your patties as well and place on griddle. Cook ’till golden in color and crispy. Flip to the other side then cook until golden in color.
Serve right away.
