Phall Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp of fenugreek seeds (dried)
3 tsps of chili hot powder
12 pcs fresh chilies
1 tsp of coriander powder
400 grams of tomatoes
1 tsp of cumin powder
1 Tbsp of tomato (paste)
1 Tbsp of tomato ketchup
3 Tbsps of ghee/oil
25 grams of ginger (fresh); minced
8 garlic cloves; minced
1 pc of onion (large); chopped finely
675 grams of meat
Instructions:
Cut up meat then saute onions, ginger and garlic. Add water in order to produce a pasty mixture. Add tomatoes, paste and ketchup then chilies. Cook ten minutes.
Heat up oil in pan and then sear meat. Mix both meat & paste inside a kitchen pot then bake for an hour inside a preset oven (400 degrees F).
