Pheasant Curry – India Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of onions; sliced
3 Tbsps of butter
2 tsps of salt
1/4 tsp of vinegar
2 c of water
1/2 tsp of peppers
1 Tbsp of turmeric
2 Tbsps of sesame (seeds)
1 tsp of cumin
3 pcs of pheasants; separated
2 tsps of coriander
Instructions:
Grind together cumin, seeds, peppers, turmeric, salt, ginger then coriander. Rub this mixture to the meat pieces. Saute onions and add meat plus any remaining marinade.
Add water and simmer for 45 minutes until meat are tender. Good for one person.
