Pistachio Kulfi Pops Recipe

Ingredients:

8 pcs of sticks (for ice cream)
8 pcs of cups (paper)
1/2 c of pistachios; roasted and shells removed
1/3c of sugar
1&1/2 quart of milk (whole)

Instructions:

Simmer milk with sugar ’till milk has been condensed to two cups. Make sure to stir continuously. Set it aside.

Chop up pistachios then mix with the cooled milk. Place paper-cups inside muffin trays. Decant milk-mixture into cups then freeze two hours.

When mixture is slightly hard, push ice-cream sticks into each cup then freeze further about two more hours. This can be freezed for two weeks.
