Potato Momos Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of ghee
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1/2 Tbsp of ginger; minced
1/2 Tbsp of garlic; minced
1/4 c of onions; cut to dices
1/2 tsp of garam masala
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of powdered chili
1/4 tsp of pepper (black)
1/2 c of spinach (fresh); parboiled and chopped
2 c of mashed potatoes
1/4 c of cilantro (fresh); chopped
1/4 c of onions (green); sliced

Instructions:
Melt the ghee on a skillet then add garlic, onion, and ginger; stir-fry for a min. Add powdered chili, garam masala, (soy) sauce, salt, and pepper; stir-fry for half a min.
Take out from the heat then add the mashed potatoes. When cooled, add the spinach, cilantro, and (green) onion; mix thoroughly.
Place a spoonful of the filling onto the momo wrapper and sealing their edges close by moistening with water. Place them on steamer and steam till cooked through. Serve them hot or warm with the sauce.
